At Affinity Associates, we’ve done things differently

We focused on building a strong, scalable business first. Only once we had 12 thriving offices, a carefully refined and proven business model, and the infrastructure to support growth, did we decide it was time to open our doors to franchisees. Our franchising journey is rooted in how we’ve historically grown the business: deliberately, strategically, and always with long-term success in mind.

As you will have read on the previous page, our strategy for many years was to grow through acquisition. We’d identify accounting practices for sale, do the deal, and shape them to fit the Affinity model. That approach worked – every one of our 12 locations is proof of that – and now we have that solid foundation in place, we’re ready to move forward.

The next chapter

While acquisitions have brought us this far, we recognise that franchising is now the most effective way to accelerate our growth while staying true to the core of what has made Affinity Associates so successful.
