Our Story
Like so many great businesses who have built a reputation for quality, steadfast service customers can count on, Affinity Associates began it’s journey as a small, family run firm. First launching in the 1960s in North London, we began by offering small scale, but essential, accountancy services to small and medium businesses in our local community. As the years rolled on, and our little firm began to grow, we took on more and more skilled partners, expanded our offerings, began to move further into the capital and, eventually, the rest of the UK.
While we have always enjoyed great success at any level we operated at, we have never rested on our laurels and have always strived to do, and be, more. As a result, we have built a well-earned reputation as one of the UK’s most dynamic and innovative accountancy firms with a mission to bring value-added accounting and consulting services to individuals and businesses of any size.
Creating a winning formula
Through a combination of acquisition, joint ventures and partnerships, we have now expanded to a current total of 11 UK offices, plus 5 in India and one in Dubai. Building an international network has allowed us to offer something very few other accountancy practices can: a local presence where the personal touch is always paramount, combined with the expertise and range of services only a truly global brand can offer.
Offering accountancy services to businesses via a unique combination of internal and outsourced resources, Affinity Associates currently serve over 6,000 clients. With an annual group turnover for 2023 in excess of £10m, the company soon expects to reach the position of 44th in the prestigious Accountancy Age “Top 50 + 50” rankings table. The company now has an executive committee of 4 directors, 12 partners and 7 practice managers, with a total worldwide staff of 240 people (and rising).
